There are two high-performance computers in this laboratory. Softwares such as ANSYS, Matlab, Abaqus, which are very common use in the field of engineering, are installed on these computers. Students learn the use of this software in the content of undergraduate and graduate courses. Examples of these courses are ME 451 CFD and ME 441 Applied Finite Element Analysis courses. In addition, graduate students can conduct their thesis studies on these computers.
In addition, this laboratory has an injection molding device, as shown in the photo below. This device is used to produce a mechanical test sample. Impact, bending, and tensile tests can be cited as examples of mechanical test types.
