In this laboratory, undergraduate and graduate students produce prototypes and real-size systems within the scope of their graduation project and master's thesis . Parts designed by students in a computer can be manufactured with a 3D printer or milling machine. There are two different 3D printers that are suitable for DLP and FDM Technology. While 3D printers work by adding materials according to the design, the milling machine works by removing the material.
Part of the laboratory is surrounded by a mesh and the floor is covered with a sponge. This part is the space reserved for traveling robots. Here, students test projects such as bicopter, quadcopter, which they design and simulate.
