As the Department of Mechanical Engineering at TED University, our mission is to deliver the fundamental principles of thermodynamics, mechanics, materials science, manufacturing, and energy systems through an educational approach that integrates theory and practice. We aim to develop our students' analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and effective communication skills, enabling them to grow as innovative, efficient, and sustainable solution producers for the needs of industry and society, while also becoming ethical and leader engineers.
Accordingly We:
- provide an active learning environment that prioritizes industry-integrated and international collaborations,
- equip our students with contemporary design, simulation, and production technologies to prepare them for a changing world,
- contribute to problems from local to global scales through an interdisciplinary and liberal research culture.
